At Kelsom’s HQ in Glasgow Scotland AGM Group were handed the task of transforming a vacant office space into a corporate style HQ with the best in finishes and staff comfort all considered. Utilising our bespoke joinery skills and our experience installing glass partitioning systems, sound bloc partition systems, glass doors, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing and custom made kitchen areas we have delivered a fantastic office space. The clients are delighted with the finished space. This project really highlights that good design and discussion between client and contractor can deliver great results.
Wise Group Portland St, Kilmarnock
AGM Group were awarded the design and build contract which included the creation of architectural lay-outs, service engineer schematics, strip-out, dry-lining, solid partitioning, glazed partitioning, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, ventilation and various other requirements to ensure that the premises were ready for the completion date.
Subway Woodlands Road, Glasgow
AGM Group were the appointed shopfitting contractor for the Subway store on Woodlands Road in Glasgow. Once the strip out was completed the AGM team set to work installing air conditioning, ventilation, electrical services, plumbing and data connections. We partitioned off the various rooms, installed a suspended ceiling, lighting and all the equipment for the shop. This was a large shop with access restrictions but our team worked around these issues to deliver a top quality project.
Units R&S Middlefield Ind Est, Falkirk
The sub division and refurbishment of an existing unit to make it suitable for two trade counter outlets. The project was a fantastic success and the work completed by AGM enabled the landlord to secure two long term tenancies. AGM were responsible for the block work subdivision internally the separation of all services from an initial large unit into two units. This included: new scottish power 3 phase supply, new waste / sewer connections, new cold water supply. Each unit was fitted out with a disabled toilet and new distribution board. Cladding work was completed to the rear elevations and the roof had a cladding overlay inclusive of insulation and new gutters. To the front yard office blocks were demolished new services routed, new disabled ramps, new aluminium shopfronts and new tarmacadam car parks for customers.
Subway Greenock

Customhouse Building
AGM Interiors Ltd were appointed as the main contractor for the refurbishment and upgrading of the Customhouse building in Greenock. Works included within the project were: scaffolding, stripping off of roofing, upgrading of sarking timber, removal of gutter waste materials, rodding gutter outlets, sourcing slates to match existing roof areas, resealing lead outlets, refixing loose sections of cover flashing, strip off sections of lead work, timber treatment to eradicate wood borers, fitting underslating felt, reslating roof, stripping out sash windows and repairing, carrying out stonework survey, descaling stonework, utilising masons mortar to carry out repairs, utilising epoxy Sikadur products for crack repairs, cutting out corroded cramps and replacing with new high grade stainless steel cramps, decorating all external metalwork, decorating all windows internally and externally, repairing the heating system and boiler flues, carrying out electrical testing of installation, installing new fittings to the basement and installing a remote monitored security alarm system.
Vivienne Westwood Glasgow
AGM Group were proud to be instructed as the fit out contractor for the first Vivieene Westwood store in Glasgow. The store is located within the prestigous Princes Square shopping centre in the heart of Glasgow’s ‘Style Mile’. The fit out included suspended ceiling installations, lighting works, bespoke furbiture items, shelving, mirrored cupboards and cloakroom works.
10-12 Castle Street, Liverpool
AGM Group completed the full building refurbishment of the historic Castle Street building in Liverpool city centre. On the exterior AGM scaffolded the whole building to overhaul the windows and carry out stone masonry repairs. On the roof that flat roof coverings were replaced and gutters replaced. The entire glass atrium was also replaced by our specialist craftsmen. Internally all the common areas were redecorated, new carpets were fitted, new double oak veneer doors with vision panels, new toughened 10mm glass entrance door and the underside of the stairwell was framed out and boarded to give a nice smooth surface with lighting installed. The entrance foyer benefitted from new porcelanosa tiling and new wall lights and mirrors. In the offices AGM carried out structural improvement works by installing lintels to open up sections and flitch beams to support the upper structure. The new lighting in the office has made a vast improvement and the muraspec wallpaper gives the offices a great feel. Bespoke 3 compartment trunking has been manufactured by AGM craftsmen to enable the power and data within the office to be disguised within real oak finishes.
