AGM Interiors Ltd were appointed as the main contractor for the refurbishment and upgrading of the Customhouse building in Greenock. Works included within the project were: scaffolding, stripping off of roofing, upgrading of sarking timber, removal of gutter waste materials, rodding gutter outlets, sourcing slates to match existing roof areas, resealing lead outlets, refixing loose sections of cover flashing, strip off sections of lead work, timber treatment to eradicate wood borers, fitting underslating felt, reslating roof, stripping out sash windows and repairing, carrying out stonework survey, descaling stonework, utilising masons mortar to carry out repairs, utilising epoxy Sikadur products for crack repairs, cutting out corroded cramps and replacing with new high grade stainless steel cramps, decorating all external metalwork, decorating all windows internally and externally, repairing the heating system and boiler flues, carrying out electrical testing of installation, installing new fittings to the basement and installing a remote monitored security alarm system.
