The sub division and refurbishment of an existing unit to make it suitable for two trade counter outlets. The project was a fantastic success and the work completed by AGM enabled the landlord to secure two long term tenancies. AGM were responsible for the block work subdivision internally the separation of all services from an initial large unit into two units. This included: new scottish power 3 phase supply, new waste / sewer connections, new cold water supply. Each unit was fitted out with a disabled toilet and new distribution board. Cladding work was completed to the rear elevations and the roof had a cladding overlay inclusive of insulation and new gutters. To the front yard office blocks were demolished new services routed, new disabled ramps, new aluminium shopfronts and new tarmacadam car parks for customers.
