Project Overview
AGM Group was honoured to be appointed as the principal contractor for the development of Max Mara’s luxury retail boutique within the departures terminal of Edinburgh Airport—one of the UK’s busiest international gateways.
With extensive experience delivering high-end retail environments in complex airport settings, AGM was entrusted to transform the space into a refined shopping destination that embodies the sophistication, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance of the Max Mara brand.
The comprehensive fit-out included:
- Full mechanical and electrical installation, incorporating lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, emergency lighting, sprinkler and fire alarm systems
- Installation of premium flooring seamlessly extended into the concourse area
- Construction of partition walls to create changing rooms and dedicated back-of-house staff facilities
- Supply and installation of bespoke furniture, including display systems, wardrobes, desks, and seating, designed to elevate the in-store customer experience
