Project Overview

AGM Group was proud to be appointed as the principal contractor for the development of Brora’s luxury Scottish cashmere retail store, located in the departures terminal of Edinburgh Airport—one of the busiest travel hubs in the UK.

With a strong track record of delivering high-end retail environments in airport settings, AGM was entrusted with transforming the space into a premium shopping destination that reflects the elegance and heritage of the Brora brand.

The comprehensive fit-out included:

• Full mechanical and electrical installation, including lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, emergency lighting, sprinkler and fire alarm systems
• Installation of bespoke flooring, extended into the concourse area
• Construction of partition walls to create changing rooms and back-of-house staff spaces
• Supply and installation of custom furniture including clothes rails, wardrobes, desks, and seating to elevate the retail presentation
