Altair Engineering Ltd, a globally renowned engineering firm now part of Siemens, approached AGM Group for a full office fit-out as part of their relocation within Edinburgh. Following a strong recommendation, Altair selected AGM Group as their trusted partner to deliver the project.

The new office is located on the third floor of Saltire Court, situated in the heart of Edinburgh near the iconic castle. AGM was appointed to deliver architectural design, M&E services, and manage the building warrant process.

Challenges

Another major focus was the design and integration of modern meeting rooms, supporting Altair’s need for seamless global video conferencing. AGM worked collaboratively with their technology partners to deliver tailored, high-spec solutions.
