Following a competitive tender, AGM Group has been appointed by Screwfix and the landlords of Middlefield Industrial Estate, to carry out building alterations which will involve reconfiguring the existing warehouses to maximise their potential.
The project involves the building of new block work walls; staff rooms; toilet blocks; demolition of the existing external office building; tracing and reconfiguring water, waste and electrical services; installation of new toilet facilities; over cladding of warehouse roof; installation of new shop fronts and concrete ramps and the resurfacing of the external yard. The project will be completed over a 12 week timescale.
