On behalf of Trident Building Consultants and on behalf of their client, Northwood Investors International, AGM Group has won the £100k competitive tender to refurbish Chiron House at Phoenix Business Park in Linwood.
The project involves a full strip out of office and toilet facilities; the removal of the R22 air conditioning system; reconfiguring of existing electrical systems; adaptations to the mechanical supply and extraction ventilation system; construction of new fire rated and acoustically enhanced partition wall to segregate office areas; the installation of a new ceiling throughout; the installation of bespoke walnut doors; decoration throughout; the installation of a new shower facility; the complete refurbishment of toilet facilities, including new cubicles; sanitary ware; taps; tiling and Corian vanity units.
