eMaintain Ltd the specialist maintenance arm of AGM Group has won the contract to upgrade the tea prep and toilet facilities throughout Clydesdale Bank’s head office in St Vincent Place in Glasgow.
A carefully planned work schedule has been created due to the occupied nature of the building. The project includes the strip out of the existing fixtures and fittings, retiling and the installation of cubicles and vanity units. Following completion of this work, eMaintain Ltd will also redecorate large sections of common areas throughout the building.
