eMaintain Ltd, part of AGM Group, has won the £38,000 competitive tender for the fit-out of the new Northgate Vehicle Hire in London Road, Glasgow. eMaintain Ltd was appointed to the job by Sitec Interiors, whose client is Northgate Vehicle Hire. This is their first Glasgow outlet.
The project includes the full strip out of the existing office, new tea preparation facilities, new toilets, new flooring, new lighting systems, new entrance doors, new expanding security grills to windows, new removable bollards, new RAM raid barriers and new manual vehicle entry barrier.
